Beyoncé is an American singer, songwriter, dancer and actress. She was born on September 4, 1981 and since her childhood she had an affinity for music and the stage. She began singing at the age of four and her father decided to support her by becoming her manager, getting her weekly performances and tickets to singing contests. Her leap to fame began with Destiny’s Child with LaTavia Robertson, Kelly Rowland and LeToya Luckett.
With Destiny’s Child, Beyoncé performed in various Houston clubs until they signed with Columbia Records. The quartet, later a trio, won several Grammys, an MTV award, an AMA and Billboard Artist of the Year. However, due to creative differences, the group split up in 2005.
Beyoncé was already consecrated as a great artist, due to her talent, ambition and competitive spirit. In 2003 she presented “Dangerously In Love”, her debut album won five Grammy awards for songs such as “Crazy in Love” along with Jay-Z and “Baby Boy”. He later released “B’Day” (2006), a production that included hit singles such as “Beautifull Liar” and “Déja Vu”; he then billed 591,000 copies of the album “I am… Sasha Fierce” (2008), reaching first place in the US. Additionally, among his most notable collaborations is “Top Off” with DJ Khaled, Jay-Z and Future.
